I noticed you decided only 4 prospects at a time. What I was going to suggest was we en-roll them into basic training, and after they graduate, they make the transition to a patch.
Now they have to tolerate being a prospect for at least a week ( starts Monday - ends Sunday) also there has to be at least 4 prospects, so they will be stuck as prospects until there are 4 of them waiting to get into basic.
Once there are 4 of them, a week should pass by before I will take them in. Once in basic, they will be established as Class 100. Once they graduate, the next group of prospects will be Class 101. Continuing on and so forth. That way when they graduate, they feel a sense of seniority.
Basic training will begin on Friday, finish up on Saturday, and grad ceremonies would be Sunday. That way they start out as patches on Monday. Each day of training will only take an hour or two.
Now this is part I wanted to discuss with you personally.
As they graduate, Their class becomes a "Circle" in other words its a more gang related way of saying "Squad". So the people they graduate with are the people that they will continue to fight with. This gives every Patch a sense of familiarity, they can become more attached and grow as a team.
During basic training, ill be teaching squad based combat and strategic maneuvering. This requires plenty of teamwork, individual awareness, and communication. Thinking about this inspired me with some sort of circle command. Therefore I wanted to scout the initiate with the most promise and best leadership skills, and when they graduate I would claim him the Captain of his circle. This would create a little more order and give the new guys more motivation to take shit serious, and take charge when left alone.
I propose no circle has command over another circle, though after awhile when we have multiple circles, we could promote the captin from class 100 to SENIOR CAPTIN, and he would take command of a section of circles.
Its very in depth i understand lol but This is only a proposal, you are free to make this concept as youd like.
